  • 📷 Turn ON your camera as you join the program to mark your attendance. You may turn it off afterwards.
  • 🎙️ If your wish to unmute your mic, please use the Raise Hand ✋ option on Zoom.

👪 General Guidelines
  • 🪷 While connecting on Zoom, remember to RENAME with your kids age first and then name (e.g., 10 years old, Sehanya).
  • 🪷 Please ensure that your kids are seated on the floor and keep the computer or device on a lower desk so they can learn Dhamma with respect🙏 (Please see images). 🧘‍♂️
  • 🪷We request that the parents join with the children at the beginning of the programme, at least for the five precepts, so that it’s easier for us to speak to the parents and make use of this valuable opportunity. ✨
  • We encourage parents to continue supporting their children’s spiritual development by participating in these interactive Zoom sessions and reinforcing what they’ve learned at home. 👪
  • Attendance: Only registered children and people who are marked “Yes” to the “Attendance” section will be eligible for getting a report or a signature. Registration Form: https://tally.so/r/mJp61z
  • Kids should maintain a book with notes and should be present when signing the Form
  • Additionally, parents should record the days that their children participated in, if required host will confirm the dates.
  • Obtaining the signatures requires you to visit Asapuwa and speak with Pinwath Swaminwahanse. Please note No online form is used to send the attendance.
  • You will have to go in person to either Kaduwella Mahamevnawa or come to Colombo Dhamma Friends to get it signed and stamped. The monks are usually available in the morning from 8:30am – 10:00am and in the afternoon from 1pm-9pm.
  • Attendance will be marked after 10min into the program and your children should be present at that time and should be online throughout the session.

If they understand and see how the Dhamma applies to their own lives, then they always want to learn more.
