Another method to develop thoughts of loving-kindness is to put yourself in someone else’s place. ‘What if it were you? How would you feel?’ That way you will have thoughts of non-hatred.

In this episode, you’ll learn the 7th benefit of practising boundless Loving-Kindness. Practice genuinely for even just a week and feel the difference. We would love to hear your progress and thoughts in the comments below. See you in the next episode!
