Satipatthana Sutta – Contemplation of Feeling (part 1)

In the Satipatthana Sutta our Great Teacher Supreme Buddha explains “the one and only path for the purification of beings, for the overcoming of sorrow and crying, for the disappearance of pain and grief, for the attainment of the higher knowledge, and for the realization of Nibbāna, namely, the four establishments of mindfulness.” (MN. 10)

In this episode, the section “contemplation of feeling” is explained in more detail. You will learn what types of feelings arising and passing away and how to contemplate them to finally “dwells independent, and not clinging to anything in the world.” (MN. 10)
