Once god Sakka said, “If people make offerings to the Buddha, when he is alive or even after his parinirvana, the results will be the same on both occasions as long as they have a confident mind in Buddha.” We can offer many varieties of food to the Buddha thinking about the Buddha’s enlightenment, can worship the Bodhi tree thinking that even the Buddha paid homage to this great Bodhi Tree as a gratitude for giving the shade.
