  1. We offered flowers , water , insence sticks, coconut oil lamp, gilanpasa fanta drink to suppreme buddha last evening and continue everyday

  2. i first observed the five precepts venerated the Buddha and listened to the Dhamma sermon and also had already memorized the verses of the loving kindness meditation at the mean time i helped my mom with the cooking stuf by shaving coconuts to her

    Me and my brother did all the steps and practised loving kindness meditation by looking at the PDF and then memorising the whole meditation on our own.

    I did offered the evenning Gilanpasa Pooja to Supreme Buddha and also when i listened to the Marananussathi Meditation i felt how truth it was i mean if the death could come to the Supreme Buddha’s Private Buddhas and for great arrahants what to say about us also it helped me to understand the impremenent nature of this Body and further more

  7. Today we observed eight precepts. Offered milk, fruits, water, flowers, a lamp, incense sticks and fried rice to Supreme buddha.
    We spent today wisely.

    Good deeds.
    we observed 8 precepts on Sunday and observed 5 precepts today at 5.00 a.m.
    Also we offered fruit juice, herbal tea, incense sticks, flowers, pure water and a lamp to the supreme buddha yesterday evening. We offered milk, pure water, flowers, incense sticks and a lamp to the supreme buddha.
